This session is designed to provide Transition Year (TY) teachers with an effective toolkit of how to make the most of "Engineering in the World". In this webinar, the authors talk through the various chapters, activities, supplementary resources and how theoretical knowledge is applied in practical, real-life situations right across the country with real engineering careers and stories. Moreover, we focus on shaping transferable skills that are not only essential in engineering but also highly valued in the spirit of TY. These include problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
